Re Nesting

My Rio Grande hen hatched a brood earlier this year....she just laid a clutch of 17 eggs.....do you think they will be fertile and hatch...has anyone had this happen?

Mine are still mating and laying, so I'm sure yours are too, they should be fertile, but you have to factor in the climate where you live, do you have enough time for them to feather before it gets colder, 4 weeks to hatch, another 2-3 months of growing, just something to think about.
