At that point of getting double barred roosters and barred females could be auto sexinghalefamily-farm is right on that half the offspring would be barred. He looks as though he's only carrying one barring gene.
Mating the barred F1's together or backcrossing the barred pullets to the sire would yield half the cockerels double barred and half the pullets barred again. From there, double barred cockerel, and barred pullet/hens it's perpetual- Will always beget double barred cockerels and single barred pullets as females can only carry one.
