4 weeks ago I posted about my near death chicken. I had her for just 2 weeks and managed to do everything wrong. Well thanks to all your advice and TLC here she is 4 weeks later! Poly vi sol, probiotics, hand feeding her and forcing liquids proved to be the miracle she needed. Daisy actually travels with me to and from our Adirondack cottage - hence the name "Driving Miss Daisy"!

I hadn't seen your original thread, but it's wonderful to hear that she's now well and lookin' GOOOOOODDD
She was completely limp and barely breathing (so it seemed). All
Through the night for the first week I syringe fed her. Kept her in my kitchen and family room. For this first week every morning I expected to wake up to her being passed away. Slowly and surely she started to walk again , stay awake longer, and this past week she started clucking again and strutting all over ! I just get all choked up when I see her still alive! She's still thin but now she eats and pecks and does all things chicken! I'm Convinced she loves me.
