If they are really 20 weeks old, probably pullets. A couple look suspiciously male, but at 20 weeks should be showing more male characteristics.

Do you have a close up body shot of Beast? in the photo of all 3 of them together Beast looks to have saddle feathers which are characteristic of roos, I can see why you are suspicious of them, they do look like roos bodywise as they are quite tall and upright, at 20 weeks I would suspect it would be obvious but the mature roo in the flock may be suppressing them.

Yes I agree. It was the upright stance that made me wonder about this one. The other 2 are pulets but this one maybe not.
