Rhode Island Red Thread!

I am a newbie, but from what I understand there are several things that can affect laying. First, the shorter days also feed are they getting a good layer mix and oyster shell, how much space they have, stress, molting, and other things. You also from what I have read have too many roosters since one can service ten hens. If you free range they can have hidden nests. Hopefully an old timer can help you more than I can.

age would help. for the first couple of months it's hit and miss on laying as they get the kicks worked out, if they are new layers.

gl Karl, I am probably gonna be gone most of this week, out of town trip then lock down on first incubator hatch

Patiently waiting for their first eggs... 26 weeks... :D
My McMurray production reds are almost identical to yours! Mine are 20 weeks and have full red comb and wattles. Any time now I think.
