With the prominent comb at that age I would say cockerel. My young rir rooster had the same thing

@Wyatt0224 wouldn't the wattle be distinct though? The place said they were 90% correct that they are girls.

When my rooster was growing at that age the comb was bigger, his wattles had just barely started to poke out. I could be wrong though since wattles and the comb that I've seen with all my roosters usually grow together
