Well, my husband and I expanded our flock. We went from 8 chickens to 12 and a duck which meant we needed a new coop. So up for sale is our old coop! It's only two years old and has been well maintained. We built it using only treated wood. The roof, which is removable, has been layer with underlayment to keep it dry and topped with corrugated steel. It's raised and lockable to keep predators out. The nesting boxes are attached to the front and have their own removable roof. Inside is a three rung roost which comfortable fit our 8 girls...you could fit up to two more. I also put down linoleum flooring which is removable and helps with the clean up. We even made a cute shabby chic door for the front.
