Roo or Hen??can you help me im not sure yet

The bird in question was hatched the first week of march so is about 15 or 16 weeks old...Does not act like a roo but kinda has long looking saddle feathers?I did have two roos hatched the same day that were crowing and acting very roo-ish.. they were re homed already...

He's a pretty roo. Yep, those are saddle and pointy hackle feathers. Plus the red over the shoulders is very intense.

Been trying to re-home my roo, but like you say mine is very nice also, no crowing, Yet maybe it's a EE thing.

Easter Eggers don't have specific colors since they are mixed breeds with no standard for plumage color like Ameraucanas have.​
