Rooster acting strange

Hi,

My Light Sussex Rooster (Whitey) has been standing around with his tail feathers drooped and occasionally flicking his head for the last 2 days. We have had very hot weather so I thought maybe he wasn't coping with the heat…..any suggestions on what you think could be the problem?

Check for mites under the wings and vent.I wouldn't be surprised if he is starting Wry Neck.They need more vitamins in the hot so he could of got a vitamin deficiency.
