Rooster crowing 24/7

Hi everyone ! Meet Clyde (although I’m debating renaming him Side Show Bob like on the simpsons because that would be pretty accurate for his personality)
SO I NEED YOUR HELP
Clyde is crowing 24/7 ...food and water is always full, he has access to his outside pen and has himself 10 hens. I simply cannot keep him if I can’t find a solution because I’m going to start having some very upset neighbors. He is a polish rooster. Please help !

Yes he does look like Side Show Bob! The frequent crowing is normal so I don't think you can change it. Mine crows all day long. I don't know if he crows all night, but I often hear him if I wake up in the middle of the night. You could try blocking all light to the coop at night, but I don't know if that will help or not because they also hear things at night....
There are 'no-crow' collars but they are controversial. They limit the sound produced by restricting the neck expansion. They don't stop the crowing urge.
Anyway, good luck with Bob....I hope you can work it out.
