I did a bit more research, as I'm sure you did. From what I can tell, as long as you have 2 acres, you're clear for hens or roos. I haven't come across anything that specifically addresses roos separate from poultry in general. But, if you're going to try, I'd try before Mableton becomes incorporated. Based on the way they're trying to treat/expel the local landscape supply company, the rules will only get worse. You might have a chance at being grandfathered into keeping the roo. Good luck!!
