1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.) Polish Rooster - no signs of weakness, still strong and also crowing. eating little, not drinking
2) What is the behavior, exactly. Day 1 He had is neck hanging/dangling and couldnt stay upright. Red right eye. Day 2 he can stay upright but only walk in a lefthandside circle, little balance. Now is Day3, same symptoms
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? See above
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. No signs of trauma, no bleeding except the red right eye. Left eye is fine
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. No idea
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. Standard layer feed non gmo and water with vetrx
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. poop looks normal
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? Water solution with add vitamins and electrolytes through seringe.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? Treat him myself, thought about anitbiotics, but dont think its a viral/bacterial desease
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use: coop with shavings and big run

His head costantly turns to the left all the way 180degrees and he can also walk in a lefthanded circle

It may well be Marek's Disease, especially if he is under a year old ( ie a cockerel not a rooster). You omitted to say how old he is??
The best you can do is treat him for wry neck/vitamin deficiency Vitamin E (gel capsules), vitamin B complex (Nutri Drench) and selenium (egg and tuna are both a good source of this trace element) and you will probably need to hold him to help him eat at least twice a day. If it is Marek's the vitamins will help support his immune system to fight it, but there is no recognised treatment for the disease.

I agree with you on treating his symptoms with Vitamin therapy.

Sadly, Poultry Nutri-Drench does not contain a sufficient source of B vitamins. It would be better to use human B-Complex vitamins (no iron) - I don't know his size, but would start with 1/2tablet of the B's daily along with 400IU Vitamin E daily. (egg/tuna are good for the Selenium)
