Hello! The very top you circled is actually a rope. However the large spur is actually separated just very close to each other. Thanks tho for the help.
Ill take a better pic tomorrow.

The two bumps on the leg. There's a wrinkle next to it, that shows its something that has grown there.

Look above, find the wrinkle, & look within it?
