Rubber eggs

i have a chicken that has layed a rubber egg twice in a month and this time she hasn't layed another egg for the past week. The first time she did it took a few days and then a couple of them were deformed and then she was fine but!! Is this normal, ps.. She only lays every other day

It may be a calcium shortage in the hen's diet. What are you feeding her?
