Runaway bird

Has anyone had a problem with a hen going MIA for a day or two then reappearing? We have a RIR she's about a year but we've only had her about 5 months. She's my girl that gets hit on relentlessly by my Roo most and when he's not doing her my BSL is picking on her. She spends most of her time away from the flock unless those two are out of sight. Anyway the other day she wasn't in for the night, we looked for her and figured something got her sad but inevitable. Then she popped up 2 days later in at bedtime then again the next day gone. Just wondering if anyone else deals with this and if so if I should do anything about it

She could be setting on a nest of eggs somewhere or just roosting elsewhere. I would do some searching.
