Oh Ok...I get it now.
the X is under the N in the word negative.
that makes more sense.
I thought it was in the middle of both words.

Hey you are so right about that is under the N and apparently in the column for Giardia it is is under the N/A , … which is messed up because like I said, I paid extra for the Giardia test. Perhaps that result takes longer maybe they’re going to send me another email? I think I’ll call them tomorrow. Or email them

I'd call and ask and then forget about it.
If your ducks are better than I wouldn't worry too much.
