Sapphire gem rooster?

This “guy” is two weeks. I suspect it’s a boy because he is bigger and more distinctive barring than the other one I have. And. A larger comb. Can anyone confirm? Leg and beak color are dark so I’m just not sure.
Or could it be a different breed altogether? I wasn’t expecting two in my order. Pics of “sister” chick in comments to distinguish

They both seem like pullets to me, but they're pretty little yet when you posted. How do they look now? I have 2 Sapphire Gem pullets and one if just a tad bigger than the other, but both are pullets and from the same hatch.
