Scare crow

We have crows but they don't seem to care about the chickens. I know if our hawks come around I won't be so lucky.

My issue with any other birds is the mites and disease they carry. I hate inviting trouble. I have not ever seen a hawk attack with a human so close. I did not know they would do that.
