So curious what everyone thinks!
(And yes, I know some are likely too young/breeds that can't be sexed for a while.)
Some of them are obvious/we know the answer, so I did include our opinions.
The mixed breeds are our breeding, from TSC birds.
The brown silkie and cuckoo silkie are from a breeder.
The white silkie, sebrights, and oeb are from TSC.
They hate their pics taken, so I feel like some of them are in weird positions.
Pics go:
Week 1, Week 2
Week 3, Week 4
My opinion on their sex.
Week 5
Silkie x Easter Egger #1 "Surbhi"
We believe this one to be a cockerel.
Silkie x Easter Egger #2 "Friendly"
Thinking and hoping pullet, worried it is wishful thinking.
Silkie x Easter Egger #3 "Roadrunner"
Feel pretty confident this is a pullet.
Silkie x Easter Egger #4
I go back and forth on whether I feel this is a pullet or cockerel, but probably cockerel. :-(
Silkie x Easter Egger #5
Mixed opinions.
Easter Egger x Easter Egger #1 "Mini Wheat"
Was convinced this was a cockerel, but starting to think pullet based on behavior.
Easter Egger x Easter Egger #2
I feel this one could go either way.
Easter Egger x Easter Egger #3
Cockerel if I ever saw one. Comb is starting to get red.
Easter Egger x Easter Egger #4
Felt this one was a pullet.
Mystic Maran x Easter Egger #1 "Rigatoni"
Cockerel 300000%
Mystic Maran x Easter Egger #2 "Gnocchi"
Cockerel 300000%
Mystic Maran x Easter Egger #3 "Ditalini"
Pullet!
Old English Bantam x Easter Egger #1 "Beez"
Totally up in the air but I lean pullet. Small comb, no redness.
Now for the "purebreds"
Silkie #1 "Sour Cream"
Pullet.
Silkie #2 "Twisty"
We think pullet.
Silkie #3 "Groucho"
Cockerel. 900000000%
Sebright #1 "Concrete"
Definitely cockerel.
Sebright #2 "Butter"
We think pullet.
Old English Bantam "Stella"
We think pullet.
Please talk to me about them!
