Four hours today. It's got colder and there were occasional bouts of drizzle.
Dig is dead and Henry is already looking out for Mow. He checked on her a few times today and this evening he herded her back towards the coop. He also came out of the coop this evening went into the run and sort of ushered Mow under the coop extension with Carbon and Fret.
Will they miss Dig? Mow might for a while. I've held off for so long mainly because of how Mow might feel. I will despite the problems.
In feral conditions the offspring rarely stay with the parents once they start reaching maturity.
I feel like I've done the right thing; lets hope my feelings are right.
