1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Blue Andalusion, 12 months, 3 lbs. This chicken has always been little. I had three at first and one died 6 months ago, not sure what from.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Not acting like the others. Not eating/drinking/walking around much and I let them out of the pen today and they love that. Her comb is limp.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
Three days.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No, poop is normal. But she feels hot to me.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Nothing.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
She did drink a little water, really slow though.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Normal.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Just now mixed up some Corid. I got a syringe and made her drink.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?

Lean to off the barn. Straw bedding/roost area.
