Sick chicken - drunk?

Need some relatively urgent help from some chicken experts here.

My black sex link is sick. She's acting drunk, wobbling around, crossing one foot over the other when she walks. She's lost a substantial amount of weight over the last two days, but this is the first day I've seen the drunk behavior.

Any idea what this could be?

I have two other chickens. Are they at risk? Is there a chance that they are already sick but asymptomatic?

I have four dogs. Are they at risk?

Edit: hen is about 2-3 years old.

could the hen have been poisoned? Or gotten into something that poisoned her?

I don't think so. It's weird. She eats fine, runs fine, but acts really drunk when she's wandering around the yard. She and my RIR are the best of friends but in the last couple days they haven't been hanging out together. She's been kindof a loner.

She's molting, too. She almost all of her feathers from the bottom of her neck down. Didn't lose any of her neck feathers at all. Is that normal?

Ours are doing the same ... but we are losing them ...... We are in Southern Calif ....
