Sick chicken

My Chicken is barely walking and is now mostly laying down. And when she does walk her wings flop around. She also has poop buildup around where she poops from. Please help

Bring her indoors to a warm environment. Need more information on what is going on-age of chicken, what she eats, her environment, how long you’ve had her, what poop looks like, pictures.
