Sick Chicks?

I got some chicks yesterday, and today I noticed that three of them are bring very unenergetic and acting sick. They seemed out yesterday, but today they kinda just sit there. Any clues on what and how to fix it?

order some gro-gel, they had a rough couple of days they are exhausted, make sure they have plenty of water and maybe a teeny tiny bit of molasses in the water till the gro-gel gets there. They should snap out of it. It may be silly and extreme on m part, but I still give them gro-gel at 5 weeks after they've had a busy day they eat it up like candy.
