I would try vitamin therapy to see if that helps.

A pinch of Tylosin powder to a 1/2cup?
Tylosin powder dose is 1 tsp per gallon of water. Make it a quart at a time (1/4 tsp per quart of water). The mixed solution can be kept for up to 3 days.
Takes some of the guesswork out of dosing. She needs to be drinking the medicated water, if not, syringe it into her several times a day.

If her head is down with symptoms of Wry Neck, then yes - I would get her on 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex. Give her a little scrambled egg for the benefit of Seleniun
