I believe the qualifying for Naked Necks (showgirls) is the national show in Knoxville, TN....Dec 7&8. I know they are trying to get as many NNs there as possible. The standard was listed in the last newsletter from the ASBC.

Those particular feathers are permanently marred. After a molt the bird will have shiny new feathers to replace them.Thanks, I was hoping you'd chime in.
