Silkie chick--eating, but very thin

A couple of days old.

She's eating and drinking, but crop is usually empty or has very little in it.

She's active.

She opens her mouth ALOT!

Has been this way for several days.

I don't see anything blocking the airway, but it's hard to see down her throat. Neck feels alright.

None of the other chicks are doing this.

It was shavings. We just changed to newspaper. Thinking about changing to sand.

NONE of the other 18 are doing this.

I've felt his throat and don't feel anything.

Today he is eating and being active, his feathers are even starting to come in.
