silkie sexing

My hen with a bantam chick ;)

hatched on 8/9, roughly 11 weeks old now. very difficult to photograph because it is so very white. it's still all fluff, no feather shape, wings have come in nicely, but also very hard to photograph and have details show... funny thing is, white was not a possible color listed for the hatching egg. I'm wondering if some color will develop over the next few months...

the shots just above and below were taken maybe 2 weeks ago

no really visible lift to the comb...

I'm leaning toward pullet as well... but really only because of the way it stands, it doesn't stand so upright as I'm accustomed to with cockerels. it's my first and only Silkie, and either way, it can stay. I have lots of roosters, with room for a few more.

That's great to know u don't need to say good bye to him/her

I got a silkie rooster and was un able to keep it. I gave it to a lovely place with pother roosters and hens
