silkie sexing

I'm leaning toward pullet as well... but really only because of the way it stands, it doesn't stand so upright as I'm accustomed to with cockerels.  it's my first and only Silkie, and either way, it can stay.  I have lots of roosters, with room for a few more.

I think I see streamers, unless they are pin feathers. I would guess roo.

I mostly see pins, but you may be right... I'm amazed at how difficult it is to sex this breed, and the length of time it takes... I have an "off" percentage with hatching, mostly boys... 5 out of 8 are definitely boys, this one would be #6 if it turns out to be male.

Your right about that and they just seem to be asexual in their personality. I had 2 little whites and I was convinced they were girls. They were very timid, stuck together all the time, alas both roos.

Here are picts of two confirmed female silkies DNA sex tested. I thought this picts might help some one determine silkie gender first pic is 8 weeks old female the second pic is my 5 week old female. Hope this helpshttps://www.backyardchickens.com/content/type/61/id/6038319/width/200/height/400[

Both are female one is just a bit older than the other. I showed these pics thinking it might help some one else in sex determinations of they're silkies. As you can see the 5 week old hasn't developed her crest as much as the 8 week old. Hope this helps BOTH these birds are female.
