I thought I posted two pics but they look the same. I don't know where the egg came from. The Cochins I have lay much bigger eggs. I'm so confused!The pic you have posted is definitely a roo.

The blue marks on a white silkie's face are their ears. My black silkie roo also has blue ears.Do black silkie hens have red combs (not sure if that is the right word?) on their face? Kind of like where the blue marks are on the white ones?
