Silkied Serama

The info I gave you about the guy silked serama. Two guys brought there over to the states, costing hundred to thousands of dollars, and the guy selling the eggs, has kept his the original birds, for thirteen years, never mixed them. Has given to 4H and family, but this is the first time he is selling his eggs. That is what I wrote.

Can you give the info on where to order eggs from the guy I would like to buy some eggs to hatch

Not Spaz's best pic, but here she is :-D

@Ra_ you need to make a tribble thread!

Showing pictures of your chickens. Are those full grown, because they look small and cute.

Depends on the picture.
I show birds in different stages of development.

Some of my adult birds are getting very heavy and laying huge eggs.
I think developing birds with bigger bellies is changing their growth patterns.
Their organs have more room to develop & I think that they're mutating.
I began with pure bred Serama from 3 different bloodlines
and I have not added any birds to my flock in 6 years.

At the same time, I'm also getting young birds that are smaller than ever before.
Charley is too small to mate, so far.
Dorothy is still the size of a month old chick & she's 2 & 1/2 months old.

It looks like she may be turning powder blue?

I started this thread. Tribbles don't mind sharing.

She's pretty whatever she is!

Oh, you did? I didn't notice XD

Any developments yet on the next 2 dozen hopefuls?

This is day three or four. I cheated and candled three today. All three had babies!
They're sharing the hatch with 2 dozen unplanned coturnix quail eggs. They're on day six and are IMPOSSIBLE to candle XD
