I was talking about how hens still lay fertile eggs for 3 weeks when they don't have a rooster.2 weeks is usually what is recommended, but 3 weeks might work.

Okay.Yeah, i know that was what you were saying. And o my goodness! Three week old refrigerated eggs!?!?!?
wow thats awesome!Okay.
Yep, My sisters first D'Uccle mix hatched from an eggs that was in the fridge for 3 weeks.
The hen will store both roosters' sperm for later use. The answer would be from either rooster, you won't know who fathered the chicks until you compare the offspring to each rooster.I have another question about fertilized eggs:
If I had two roosters and rooster 1 fertilized a hen, and a week later rooster 2 fertilized the same hen, which rooster would the offspring along to?
Does anybody know?
I might do that.Should colour the other 2. Fairyfloss and a candy corn.
