Silver polish. Male or female?

I'm not sure how to tell a male from a female at 8 weeks old. I'm a newbie at this and really appreciate all the help from the more experienced here's a pic of a couple of my polish.

it's the messing top that is looking rooish

I can tell it a rooster because the head feathers are pointy and he has pointy feathers growing on his tail. He will have the same round ones as the female just added pointy ones next to them.

At 8 weeks, you can almost always tell by the size and redness of the wattles. Can you provide a close up of the face?

It's cold and windy here today and they're all huddled under the coop. I can't get a good enough close up at the moment haha. There are no combs or wattles and no redness whatsoever. which is why it's confusing me. But I'm really hoping it's not a roo

Can you have more than one rooster in a flock of 15? We already have one rooster. I was wondering if they will fight.

Then there's a good chance you have a pullet. The "hairstyle" is not as good an indicator of gender as the wattles. By eight weeks, a cockerel usually will have noticeably red wattles.
