Silver Sebright chick or not?

The feathers on her neck and belly are coming in white...is that normal for a Sebright? Or should they be coming in with the black outline from the start? Please excuse my ignorance.

original breeders name was Sebright, so I assume that is the correct spelling.

Here are pictures of one of my sebrights. At 2 days old, 17 days and 35 days. His lacing is pretty awful but you can see how each feather has still been "outlined" ever since he hatched.

Looks like a Silver Sebright. I have a Golden Sebright rooster, and they are stunning!
