I want some of your WRs. Bee. I love mine, but they're not very well bred. I think they're running out of steam.

Next spring I'll send you the best of my hatching eggs when fertility is high and eggs are aplenty. The hot weather has curtailed this rooster's hormones a little and he's not breeding as steady as he was....the last few eggs we cooked were not even fertilized. Let me see if these two are even going to produce anything worth owning and then I'll let you know if the eggs are worth the hatching.

Bee, think you could send some Black Australorp and White Rock hatching eggs my way next spring? I think I like these the most. I'll be moved in and ready by then, hopefully. How much are they per dozen? What's the cost for shipping?

Bee, why is it when I come across an intriguing thread it is always yours? Meant to be is an understatement. I am so thankful to have "met" you here. Wow, what an experiment! (seriously, I just read the whole ok, almost the whole post) Ups and downs aside, you stuck with it and what beautiful creatures came of it, including the gift of the "Rock". You truly are a blessing.

Oh and when I get this whole brooding and raising chicks under my belt, I would love some eggs from you.
