smooth coop wall material?

I used 2x4s and rapped with 1/2 HW cloth. The put tin on the outside. It vents well and blocks the wind. I can spray permethrin with no nooks and cranies of a framed wall structure with the 2 x 4's exposed.

I used smooth white hardboard panels from Lowe's for the inside walls of my coop. I think it was about $20 for a 4x8 sheet. It's worked great so far! Easy to clean since it's a nice, smooth surface and it's water resistant.

I used plywood, with framing inside. I primed all inside surfaces (studs, walls and floor) with Kilz3 primer, then applied a topcoat of white semi-gloss house paint, same stuff I used to paint the trim of my house. Seems like a pretty slick, cleanable surface to me. And I think the white color will make it easier to spot any insect infestations if I'm unlucky enough to suffer that problem.

In the future, when I do a deep cleaning I plan to apply a new coat of primer and paint to the inside to keep it in good shape.
