Sneezing Emergency

My two Bantams are three weeks old, because of their feathers I have been turning their heat lamp off for a few hours a day. After an hour without a heat lamp today my Silkie started sneezing every minute or so. I put the heat lamp back on; and they are both eating and drinking but she wont stop sneezing. I don't know what to do.

Now her poop was a little red, and her sneezes have mucas, I have them on a medicated feed and their cage is sanitary. I have been researching it but haven't found anything.

Thank you that is exactly it; I noticed an eye swelling up yesterday. Also when I give them antibiotics will it completely get rid of it or will it come back when I integrate them in to my flock?
