Soft lump on chick's neck.. What is this?

My little ameracauna chick has a largish soft lump on her neck. Anyone know what this is? Help!

Probably the crop, holds the food. Does it feel like it's filled with sand?

Oh- What would I do without the founts of knowledge from the BYC forum members. Thank you so much for your post.. I was worried for nothing and feel quite silly. The "lump" is gone this morning and my chick is running around healthy and happy.
