Maybe. There does seem to be one nesting box at least 2 of them want. Should I isolate her until she heals?

No. Make sure anywhere the skin is broken is disinfected and apply some soothing cream or triple antibiotic ointment. Check her over daily until you've found out what the problem is.

I agree with Shad, but would add monitor closely so that the damage does not escalate to further pecking and cannibalism.

Thank you. I was able to clean the sores and put triple antibiotic on them. They look like they have begun to heal--not bleeding or really raw. She's been hiding under the coop, poor gal.
