Splash/ Blue Silkie Thread

Wing feathers were coming in a pretty cream at first but are now lighting up. They are not white tho

And it could possibly be a buff the way your describing the wing feathers

That's really what I was looking for when I picked (hopefully her out)
But other people told me white, and someone else told me buff with lavender leakage.
Here she is...

Her dad (rooster) was a buff/lavender splash
The hen pen the egg came out of was blue, splash and lavender splash

I think that was me that told u buff with lavender leakage but it could be a porcelain. Keep us posted

I know silkie buff is a little different from other buffs but I have a buff cochin and the colors are nowhere close.... Idk Just a waiting game !

Last summer I put my Paint male with my Lavender female and the above chicks were the result. Paints, Lavenders (Self Blues), a light Splash, and a dark Splash were the results. I don't know if the very dark pullets are Blue or Lav Splits. They are in test hatch pens now. I love the unexpected bounty in beauty.

Blues from my first hatch of the Spring. All the blue and self blue chicks came from my Self Blue roo x dark Blue hens. All of them are split to Self Blue. The chick in the back was named Zorro.
