I saw many great blues and splashes in this post. I love this color/s.
I´m a starter with this color and i wonder wether there is a specific breeding that enhances the contrast of the splashes in the splash animals.

I have a problem with my splash animals. The spots are not well contrasted to the background shade...

I hope some of the experieneced blue breeders can help me with these questions...

To get the best colores splashes (better defined spots).....
Is it better blue roo with blue hen?
Or splash roo with blue hen?

I am new too. I have a splash roo on a blue hen, and get good results. Is that right? I was going off what I do with my BLR wyandottes for splash/blue/blk.
Would love to get some more if anyone is selling eggs I live in California.
