State Block Swap

So anyone have particular colors in mind? Part of me was thinking Patriotic but then I thought some California colors lime orange, for orangea, ocean blue etc. Representing California would be fun too. Anyone have a reason or people going with what looks good and is on hand?

I'm going with Oregon states flag colors, a dark blue and gold(dark yellow). for my blocks.

In my Georgia block I have 3 colors to use, I'm really thinking about doing the Mississippi block too. and that uses 2 colors. I have some really pretty charm packs that I need to use.

I'm going with what looks good and on hand, the lime orange etc sounds nice. I don't think we can go wrong

Chicalot already has Kentucky so I will find another, wait until the other 11 are chosen then I will pick one.
At the moment I seem to be running round the world after my 13 year old son, he was asked to go on holiday to Mallorca ,an island of the Spain with friends who own a property there but had to be back in the uk before they were due home. As he is only 13 he can not fly alone so the cheapest way to get him back was for me to go and collect him on a budget airline. The friends he was staying with insisted that I go for 4 days!!! How lucky was I!
Now we are in our Lake District delivering him to his activity week, my sister has come with me so we are having a great time.

Oh you are so right!! I should have consulted my list. Minors can't fly alone. I never knew that, they can here in the U.S. but to get the kid on the other end sometimes takes an act of congress, JK,JK, lol, just have to present your valid I.D. But then if you were me and flying all over at that age, I looked older so no one questioned me and mom asked do I want to be escorted every where or go on my own, I chose on my own. Now I think that was crazy, what were we thinking, I'd never in a million years let my daughter do that. How times have changed. It sounds like your very lucky, try to stay out of trouble cause I don't know how to bail anyone out of the clink in the UK. lol Remember what happens in the Lake District stays in the Lake District, lol

Quilting withdrawals can be very bad and dangerous. Sounds like everything settled down just in time. Ok on the LW, let me see if we are all ready now.
