a little update...after a week of calling chicken saloon they called us back. We told them what was going on and they asked us to take pictures of all the broken parts and send it to them. They said they would then send us replacement parts.
It certainly doesn't make up for the shoddy quality of the coop but it does make me feel a bit better that they will at least try to take care of their customers.
