Still a Cockerel, orrr??

I'm just wondering if my little chicken, Penguin is still thought to be a cockerel or if maybe he could still possibly be a female. The reason I'm asking again is because it's been a few weeks since I last got an opinion on him and I feel like his comb and wattle are a lot less red then my other cockerels. There is an age difference of 3 weeks, though. Penguin is about 9 weeks old. So a little over 2 months old and the other is almost 3 months old.

What about this one? Pretty sure it's a roo. If so it makes 5 out of the 7 of a batch of chics I got in may.

Won't be many eggs coming my way I guess.
