It's been pretty fun so far. Since I took this picture we've added the aluminum for the roof, and we have the windows and siding coming in. It's about 8ft by 12ft.

Are you leaving the sofits open for ventilation, covered with hardware cloth? I built an 8 x 12 lean to for my coop. Here's the inside, if you need ideas. I have a poop board that runs along the back wall.

The holes will be covered by the steel siding.
