Quarantine is out the window if it has came on your property and your birds ran it off.

I think a couple of things like scaly leg mites will spread more with extended contact in close living quarters vs. incidental contact, which means quarantine may still save a lot of trouble down the road. Much easier to treat one bird than an entire flock.
