A good set of poultry shears for chick culling. Had to use mine last night to cull a chick with its tibia broken in 2 spots

A tightly woven bag to use as a dust bag for the bird. Put your dust in the bottom. Insert the bird with their head sticking out. Hold the bag closed (but not to tight) around their neck and shake the dust around the birds body.

and I only used a pillow case....
