I have a mixbreed roo that I think is part Jersey giant, part Sumatra, along with other breeds. Your guesses? His parents were kept with nearly sixty other chickens, all of different or mixed breeds.

Looks like he is a mixed breed.
He does look like he does have some jersey giant in him and another breed.
Where did you get him from?

Our neighbor has almost sixty chooks, and I know he's got salmon Faverolles, Jersey giants, delaware, RIR, barred roc, Wyandotte, and several other breeds. They were allowed to corssbreed with rare breeds so I honestly have no idea except for a vague outline.

Here are some pictures; the strange stature is the result of a hawk attack when he was a chick. He can't fly either.

Single comb, bearded, lightly feathered shanks, extra toes all adds up to a Favorelle mix to me. Pattern is spot on of a Favorelle mixed with a solid black breed. Such as Black Jersey Giant.

Thanks! I also have a hen I was having trouble with; maybe part Buff orpington and part white leghorn? She has slate blue feet so that adds extra confusion. She lays cream-colored eggs. Maybe some Wyandotte also? No extra toes, clean legs, and she's the heaviest member of the flock.
