Sunken rolled eye in otherwise healthy week old chick

This is a picture of one of our week old chicks. Only one eye is like this. No other chicks have a problem. The chicks eye seems sunken and is rolled down. I do not believe it can see out of it. Could this be injury induced or is there something much worse at hand?

For reference, this was the same chick 6 days ago.
