Swelling around one eye-silkie

I have a little silkie that has swelling around one eye. The other eye looks completely normal. Does anyone know what it is from? Photos attached.

It could be from a peck near the eye or possibly a respiratory sinus infection. Is there any sneeze or head shaking? Tylosin powder in the water could help if it is a respiratory infection. A vet can prescribe tylosin, or you may get it here:
